The most common cause of peeling is uneven wetting. If the tape is too dry, the adhesive won't activate; if it’s too wet, the glue takes too long to set.
Check Your Brushes: Ensure the brushes in your EG100 Electric Dispenser are clean and not "crusted" with dried glue. We recommend washing the brushes weekly in warm, soapy water.
Water Level is Key: The EG100 features a massive 2.1L water bottle. Ensure it is properly seated to maintain consistent water flow to the brush tank.
