The most common cause of peeling is uneven wetting. If the tape is too dry, the starch-based adhesive won't activate; if it’s too wet, the glue takes too long to set.
Check Your Brushes: Ensure the brushes in your dispenser are clean. We recommend washing them weekly in warm, soapy water to remove dried glue residue.

In colder warehouse environments, the adhesive on kraft tape can become less reactive.
